Eligibility
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU:
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
- Are authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business; and
- will use our Services only for lawful, professional purposes.
Services Offered
Leadoxys Solutions provide lead generation services based on a Pay Per Lead (PPL) model. This means you are billed only for the verified leads delivered according to your campaign criteria. Each lead is defined and priced based on the parameters decided by the client within your service agreement/campaign contract, which may include location, type of property, budget range, or intent level.
Lead Quality and Delivery
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the leads provided:
- Meet the agreed targeting criteria before the campaign was aired;
- Are verified for accuracy and intent using internal validation methods;
- Are delivered in real time or within the agreed-upon timeframe.
However, Leadoxys Solutions does not warrant conversion or specific sales outcomes. Lead quality may vary based on a variety of market conditions, audience behavior, and campaign performance factors.
Payments and Billing
You agree to pay all fees related to your campaign as detailed in your service agreement. The payment terms (such as prepaid or postpaid) will be determined before the actual activation of the campaign. All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate billing or confirmed lead discrepancies, as defined in our refund policy. Non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of campaigns.
Refund and Replacement Policy
Leadoxys Solutions may, upon investigation, issue a lead credit or replacement if the lead is determined to be invalid under your campaign’s agreed-upon parameters. Refunds are only at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and technology included on or available through this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and data compilations, are the property of Leadoxys Solutions and/or its licensors. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the previous 30 days.
